Wow, Joe- you've articulated for me what I couldn't put into words myself. Your blueprint/architect/dream house analogy is spot-on. I also feel like I need an architect (Touro professor) to give me some feedback on my prototype. Which is funny, because I just responded to Karly's post about Hattie's research on the value of feedback in the learning cycle.

Lofty goals Joe, lofty goals...I like it! Haha outdated as internet explorer haha that is true...I love your idea. Sad thing is I have seen a lot of teachers use outdated slow bogged down technology. I think the key to making something last is to make it relevant and evolving. The old adage change is the only constant could apply here. I think that the for mine to be relevant in 15-20 years I would maintain and update videos and possibly branch out and maybe get help from outside sources. Good luck!

I really enjoyed reading your blog and found it helpful. I agree technology is moving fast and new programs will replace old ones just as we get good at them. I find also that one of my biggest challenges is creating a professional looking website. I hope I can remember all of the steps as I work on this capstone. It gets overwhelming!
